New Accounts:
If you’re new to our platform, you’ll get an invite to join the EverBright platform. The email subject will be “Welcome to EverBright” and it will come from support@goeverbright.io.
If you’re expecting one of these emails and don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, then you can emailsupport@goeverbright.io and include the email address the invite should have been sent to.
Click the Register button. You’ll be brought to a page to set up your password.
Existing Accounts:
Go to our login page and enter the email and password you use to log in to EverBright, then click Log In. If you enter the correct credentials, you will be brought to the new lead page.
If you enter the wrong combination of either email or password, you will receive an error message stating ”Unable to login. Please check your email and password and try again.”
Please keep in mind, log in emails are case sensitive.

Finally, if you click any link to the EverBright portal, once you log in, you will be directed to the specific job and phase as indicated in the link you originally clicked!
