For all TPO projects, monitoring needs to be setup and Everbright should be added as the “owner” of the system following the instructions from the manufacturer.

Once the request to associate the accounts is made, David Ellis will review and accept the request so that the installer can assign projects to Everbright.

If an installer reaches out and indicates that they made the request, but are awaiting approval, tag David Ellis in an internal comment to facilitate this.

  • The installers need to provide monitoring access to both Omnidian and EverBright with EverBright being the owner of the system.

  • The email used for the owner is: monitoring@goeverbright.com

  • The email used for granting access to Omnidian is: resolv@omnidian.com

  • In order to access the Everbright Commissioning and Testing training documents:

    • The installer will need to be logged in to the account and access the EverBright Training link found in the dropdown arrow on the upper right-hand corner of the page.

    • From there, access the Platform Documents → Everbright Commissioning and Testing Protocols
