Background:

EverBright utilizes Salesforce to house account information for EverBright Partners.

Currently agents access Salesforce through a shared login:

Once logged in, search for Organization:

The Account Detail section contains information about the account:

  1. DBA - (“doing business as”), also known as a trade name, is the name the business is operating under

  2. Account Status - references the account standing with EverBright

  3. EverBright Financing Program - does the Org offer EverBright financing products

  4. Active Configured Financing - What other financing products does the Org offer

  5. Compliance Contact - (internal use only) for escalated concerns

  6. Account Owner - Account Manager (EverBright employee)

  7. Regional Manager - Regional Account Manager (EverBright employee)

  8. Homeowner Escalation Contact - (internal/external use) point of contact for homeowner complaints; can be shared with the homeowner

The Products Section contains information about the EB financing products:

  1. TPO Type Activated - refers to the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) products the Org is actively selling

  2. TPO States Activated - The states the Org is actively selling PPAs

  3. RIC Activated - refers to the Retail Installment Contract (RIC) products the Org is actively selling

  4. RIC States Activated - The states the Org is actively selling RICs

The Pricing Section contains milestone payment information:

  1. TPO Payment Terms Percentage - percentages EverBright pays out to the Org upon completion of milestones for PPA jobs

    1. In the example above - 50/45/5 the Org will be paid out 50% of the total on M1 completion, 45% on M2, and 5% on M3

  2. RIC Payment Terms Percentage - percentages EverBright pays out to the Org upon completion of milestones for RIC jobs

The Onboarding section contains information about the Org’s onboarding status:

  1. Liability and Worker’s Comp - Lists the Org’s general, auto, and worker’s comp insurance information and expiration dates

  2. CED Direct Pay Program Status - Is the Org enrolled in EverBright’s Direct Pay Program

  3. CED ID - Required to sell Direct Pay
