Background

EverBright is the system owner for PPA's (EverFix, EverFlex) and therefore will occasionally receive interconnection agreements from the homeowner's utility to be signed by an officer of EverBright.

Process

If the utility is Encor or EverSource:

  • Navigate to the homeowner’s job in engine.

  • Confirm that the job is a PPA

  • If the workflow is cancelled

    • Notify your supervisor and request them to review the agreement with Brian Begg, Madeline Rice, or assigned counsel to confirm it meets our requirements

  • If the workflow is active

    • Send a teams message with a link to the ticket to Herve' and ask him to review the job

    • After he reviews and approves, add gina.montana@nexteraenergy.com as a request participant

    • Reply as follows:

Hi Gina,

Support received the following interconnection agreement requiring signature. We have confirmed that the job is a PPA and is active.

Regards,

  • When Gina replies that it is signed, close the ticket

  • If no response within 3 business days, send a follow up email

    • After the 2nd attempt, contact your supervisor

  •  Once the interconnection agreements are signed, Support receives an automatic confirmation email from EverSource that the documents have been executed:
