Enabling an organization for installer reporting

  • This request can only be initiated internally via the Account Manager

    • Support requests to add/remove users should be directed to the AM

      • The Org Admin will need to submit a list of users along with their email addresses

      • The AM will fill out a form and submit it to the Data team

      • The Data team will enable the organization domain to view the reporting. This must be approved by IT and can take up to a week.

      • The Data team will submit the request to Config to enable installer reporting

    • This will not be part of the onboarding process, since typically user roles and permissions are not known in advance, and we do not want to add any delays to onboarding.
