This article outlines Product and Engineering Domain Ownership. Please use this document going forward on requesting product insight and bug assignment.
When you receive a support ticket and you need additional insight, determine the domain of impact. Please tag the PM lead in the ticket (and CC any relevant parties as done today) or send them a slack. If you have any questions on domain, please tag Tim Marchese for context.
As a reminder, please create bug tickets to handoff the details, issues, and information from the support ticket including a URL, DAL checks, etc when you need support from Product.
