Submit a Shift Trade Request.
7-day notice required for a Shift Trade.
Open My Zone in CXone.
Click My Schedule (1). Select the date you would like to trade (2). Click the 3 dots menu (3). Select Trade Shift (4).
Select the day/days of the shift you prefer to work (1). Select the time you prefer to work (2). Click Find Matching Shifts (3). Search agent if necessary (4). Select the shift you would like in your trade request (5). Submit Trade Request (6).
Agent Acceptance of Shift Trade.
Notification for shift trade request to an agent. Open messages.
Launch WEM on request.
Click View Request.
View shift trade. Accept or Decline request.
Request will be sent for supervisor approval.
Review Status of Requested Shift Trade
Open My Zone in CXone.
Click Schedule Requests (1). View Shift Trade Requests (2). Information on requested shift trade agent submitted (3). Status and reviewer (4).
Cancel Shift Trade Request
Open My Zone in CXone.
Click My Schedule (1). Select the date you requested a shift trade (2). Click Cancel (3).
