New Features & Enhancements

Sales Platform

  • Credit Application: Added a disclosure about the Hard Credit pull so that Homeowner’s are presented this disclosure prior to executing any hard credit inquiries, since it can affect their credit report.

Ops Platform

  • Qualification: Our Homeowner Credit Underwriting criteria have changed for TPO products.

    • Users may now experience Conditional Approval’s for TPO products as we’re now checking and clearing Stipulations (Income, Identity, Fraud Alerts).

    • Users will now see a maximum “Amount Approved” dollar amount for TPO products.

      • Users will not be allowed to proceed with contract generation if the Quote’s Install Cost is greater than the Amount Approved.
