Background: As Everbright continues to expand its product options, its important for customer support agents to have easy access to information about the different contract types.

In the past, agents had to access this information through a different platform (Engine), which caused delays and inconsistencies when helping customer. To solve this; we created this SOP to bring all the key details about the different contract types (PPA, PPA Plus, Shift PPA, and FLEX PPA) (RIC EverOwn) (RIC EverOwn Plus) into one simple document.

This will help agents give accurate and quick responses to customers, making support more efficient and consistent
