You may run into cases where you send out an agreement for electronic signature but then realize you need to make a change after you've sent it. Maybe you sent an agreement for the wrong quote, maybe the customer information was wrong, or maybe some time has elapsed and you've made changes to the project design on an un-signed deal.

Whatever the case, you're able to void agreements and contracts that are out for signature. The quote tile for the agreement that's been sent will display an option to void, shown below. You can only select this option for quotes that have an agreement out for e-signature, otherwise you will only have options to download the agreement or send it for e-sign.

If you want to cancel an agreement that is out for signature, simply click on the option to void and then Confirm in the following pop-up. Select Cancel only if you clicked this option by mistake or want to check project information before voiding.

After you've confirmed, you've effectively cancelled this version of the contract. You'll be able to re-send the same agreement or new agreement associated with a different quote. Changes to project information and customer information can be made before or after voiding the agreement, just make sure to make any needed changes before sending an agreement again.

Voiding Agreements

Voiding an agreement means that the agreement previously sent out can no longer be e-signed by any of the recipients and any existing signatures are disregarded.
