MyProposal
All accounts have the Sighten MyProposal template available to use by default. To start using MyProposal, a user with Organization Administrator permissions can create at least one copy of the Sighten Proposal template to use and/or customize.
To generate a new MyProposal in the quote tool, you will confirm you have the right MyProposal template selected and then generate the proposal.
You have the option to click Generate Proposal if a MyProposal template is already your company's default proposal.
To check what template is selected by default or to select a new template, click View proposals. After you click View Proposal you will see a pop up where you can view the templates and select which one you want to create. Scroll to the right to find the desired MyProposal template. MyProposal templates appear in landscape format, making it possible to tell the difference between the new proposal and the standard PDF proposal templates. Select the proposal template you want to use by clicking on it and then click Save.
Back on the main quote page, click Generate Proposal. The name of the template you selected will appear on the button, for example "Generate Two Page Proposal."
Like the existing "Preview" proposal functionality, the new proposal can be emailed or the link can be copied to be sent to the homeowner without using the automated email functionality.
