You can archive jobs on your Pipeline. Once you have your pipeline open. just follow these steps:
- See the list of jobs on your Pipeline.
- On the rightmost side of each job, there is an Archive button.
- Click the Archive button corresponding to the job you'd like to remove from your Pipeline.
- A pop-up window will appear, notifying you of all open items on the job (any active contract/s, quote/s, or proposal/s will be listed).
- To confirm, click Archive Job. You can also add a reason for archiving,
What will happen if I archived a job by mistake?
If a Project was archived by mistake, please reach out to support@sighten.io and we'll be happy to help. To be able to proceed, we'll need the following details. Please provide as much as you can:
- Site UUID (or any saved link for the job's Project/Proposal phase),
- Homeowner name,
- Homeowner address, and
- Previous site status
As seen on the screenshot, note that archiving a job will:
- void any active contract out for signature,
- void access to any open workflows, and
- remove all access to workflows
