Notice to certain partners about upcoming removal from platform; account deactivation

Background: We are sending periodic notices to select partners advising them that they will be removed from the EverBright platform. In most cases, they can stay on the platform if they apply and are approved as an EverBright financing partner.

Note: the Configuration team will handle deactivating their accounts (coordinating with the onboarding team on their EB application status)

FAQ:

1.) What do I do if they need support before then?

Support will not reactivate Orgs, no exceptions. The task will be completed through as CS ticket and by config only.

Your organization no longer has access to the EverBright platform (enter date). Please reach out to (one of) your of Organization Administrator(s) if you have any questions or concerns.

2.)What if the org admin is angry and/or not satisfied with your response?

Please respond that we will have their account manager reach out to them to discuss. Then tag the account manager in a slack on the sales slack channel to reach out to the installer.
