Orgs noticed in Jan about Feb deactivation

In January, Org admins of the following organizations were sent notifications about deactivation from the platform on February 14th.
Status
Deboard - Will be deboarded on February 14th. Refer any questions from this group back to the account manager. No configuration requests will be completed for this group
If requests come in to support from this group indicating that they did not receive the notifications, refer to the Deboard_list of persons contacted.xlsx to see who from their organization received communication about being removed from the platform
Communications went out on 1/12 and 1/30 about their removal from the platform
If they request to be turned on to retrieve their data, submit a CS task ticket to config and request them to be turned on for 24 hours. Share the instructions with the installer:
Deboarded - Have already been deactivated
