Orgs noticed in Aug about removal of conf financing in Sept

UPDATE: Email to all active users of these orgs and downstream partners going out on 8/25

The following partners (and their downstream orgs) will have configured financing shut down on 9/1. On that date, their SaleForce account will have the “allows configured financing” field marked as a ‘no.' At the bottom of this SOP is a full list of the channel partners of these orgs who are also affected.
