How do I make the quote and usage phases stop spinning?
Problem
Sometimes there is an error where the usage and quote phases on the left side menu will stop quoting. This is because the previously created quotes have been invalidated. We can re-validate the quote and solve the error for the customer.
Another time when we may need to revalidate a job, is when the Quote values don't match the output from Genability.
Solution
- Log in as sightenadmin@org for the organization
- Click on the information icon
- Click on Revalidate Job
- The job should revalidate the error should be resolved
