Product Rules

Background: Each Everbright Product is configured with specific product rules. These rules ensure that the products are quoted within bounds, protect homeowners, respect specific state regulations and ensure that approved equipment is quoted with jobs

If product rules are violated, the platform will throw an error, and the user will be unable to quote until they repair the job within the bounds of the product rule that was violated.

  • Log into Engine as “EverBright LLC” and Impersonate as “Everbrightadmin@goeverbright.com

  • Navigate to the Settings:

  • Select “Configuration Settings”

  • Search for the organization that owns the product you require product rule information from

  • Find the product you are inquiring about

  • Once the product is selected click on the “Show All Rules” Toggle to expand the view to all product rules on the product

 

  • Then; click the three dots to the right of the rule to view the details of the rule

  • After clicking on “View Details” a Pop up window will appear with the rule’s criteria
