Why won't changes to user settings save?

Problem

This is to troubleshoot when you cannot save any changes to a user.  This is because the user does not have any permissions or have not been added to a team. Here's how it can be solved. 

Solution

  1. Login to the account as Sightenadmin@org
  2. Go to Organization Settings and Select Users
  3. Find and select the user in question
  4. Add the user to the Sales team with as a writer, not manager, permissions.
