Disable a Customer’s DocuSign: Done by support, without involving Config
This process is best done when an organization has no pending contracts out for signature.
If the green checkmark is visible on a customer’s DocuSign tile, then the customer has their own DocuSign account active. The steps below are needed to revert back to Sighten’s DocuSign. Log into the customer’s account on Engine, as user SightenAdmin
Click on Integration Settings
Click on the DocuSign tile
Click the Deactivate button
You’ll then see a success message/confirmation at the top right side of your screen
