You need an Enterprise account to connect your company's Docusign account to Sighten.  If you do not have an Enterprise account with Sighten, don't worry!  The connection will default to Sighten's Docusign account.  You don't need to connect your own.


If you have an Enterprise account with Sighten and wish to connect your own Docusign account, please have your account administrator login into the account and follow the steps below to ensure completed DocuSign envelopes return to Sighten.

1. Log in as the admin account and go to Preferences by clicking on the top right nav

2. Click on Connect under Account Administration in the bottom left of the screen

3.. Click on Engine

4. Enable Allow Envelope Publish and make sure the URL matches the one below
