How to Locate the Proposal Desk project and process tickets

  1. Select “project” from the upper menu and search for “Proposal Desk” project

    1. Helpful hint – to the right, you can select “add to starred” so this project will always show at the top of your project list as a favorite

  2. Look for tickets in your own queue – these are either new tickets that have been assigned to you, or tickets you’ve already been working on

    1. First click “Queues” on the left pane

    2. Then click “My open tickets” where you’ll see a list of tickets assigned to you

  3. Once your assigned tickets are up to date, then scan the queue for new work

    1. Return to the open ticket queue by clicking “all unresolved tickets”

    2. Assign a ‘unassigned’ , “needs design” project to yourself by clicking on “unassigned” and typing your name or selecting “assign to me”
