Background: The installer is having an issue when creating a new proposal template in the system.
As of November 15, EverBright will no longer be offering customization support for the old Legacy proposal templates.
Currently, there will be no updating of old legacy proposals.
The old Legacy templates will still be available until they are removed early next year. Support is encouraged to promote the new proposal when requests come in regarding the legacy proposal because config will no longer support customization requests on Legacy Proposals starting Nov. 15th.
If the installer is requesting assistance with updating or creating a new proposal, the agent should reply:
“Hello (installer name),
Due to the new Dynamic Proposal launch, we will no longer be doing configurations on legacy proposals.
Thank you,
(Agent name)”
The new proposal template builder offers a simplified user interface, empowering installers to customize their own templates. They will be able to edit their projects in the proposal. This should reduce the need for support.
