New Dynamic Proposal Design

Background: The installer is having an issue when creating a new proposal template in the system.

As of May 1st, EverBright will be removing the old Legacy proposal templates.

Support is encouraged to promote the new proposal when requests come in regarding the legacy proposal because the Legacy proposal template will be completely removed and unavailable for use.

• The new proposal template builder offers a simplified user interface, empowering installers to customize their templates. They will be able to edit their projects in the proposal. This should reduce the need for support.

If the installer is requesting assistance with updating or creating a new Legacy proposal, the agent should reply:

“Hello (installer name),

Due to the new Dynamic Proposal launch, we will no longer be offering the Legacy proposal template. It has been removed from the platform effective May 1st.

Thank you,

(Agent name)”

If additional assistance is needed, refer the installer to their Account Manager.
