Great news! It’s now possible to send notifications directly to homeowners through email or text messages on Sighten. Where can I find the Homeowner Notification Settings on Sighten?
You’ll find this if you go to Settings (the gear icon on the top-right section of your screen), then choose Operations Phase on the left panel.
Note: Only users with an Organization Admin status will be able to see and edit Homeowner Notification Settings. If you don’t see this feature, please make sure that it’s activated, and that you’re logged in on the right account. How does it work?
To get started, you can click on the green Add Notification button on the right side of the screen.
