The Digital Access Layer (DAL) is a way of finding information on Organizations, jobs, users, and homeowners. The primary tool used is Postman. You can install Postman from the NEE App Shop:

Enter “postman” in the search bar:

Make the request to IT to have Postman installed on your computer.
