How to process requests to CHANGE EXISTING integrated financing products
Most integrated partners do not accept changes through EverBright; they are done directly by the financier
The exceptions are Dividend and LoanPal, which allow updates to products, terms, and APR combinations and dealer fees (approval required). And BrightOak permits customers to change whether dealer fees are included or not directly through EverBright.

Mosaic has both integrated and configured products
Integrated products (Mosaic PowerSwitch Choice, Mosaic PowerSwitch Plus) cannot be changed by EverBright - refer them to their Mosaic account manager
Configured Mosaic products (PowerSwitch Zero, PowerSwitch Loan, Home Improvement) can be changed by submitting a typeform
For financing options surveys submitted with a “PowerSwitch Choice” Rate sheet
This rate sheet can be used for updates to PowerSwitch Loan products - it is the same product as the PowerSwitch choice, just the configured version, therefore the numbers are the same.
But if the customer is looking to add PowerSwitch Choice products to their account or update their PowerSwitch Choice products, they need to be referred to their account manager
How to process requests for NEW integrated financing
Each financier has its own process. Click the links below for processes related to each. There are varying levels of automation, so please carefully review the respective processes. These requests will typically come in as a SS ticket from the financier - after the customer has already applied and been approved by the financier.
