How to help a customer apply for integrated financing and other integrated services

Important note: We are offboarding integrated financiers throughout the year. Financiers crossed off below are not accepting new customer integrations.

When to use:

Customer asks in chat or sends an email inquiring about a specific financier and how to apply or they may already quote it and want it added to their Sighten account
Customer submits a configured financing typeform, but indicates that they also want to add integrated financing (either apply or add existing to their Sighten account)

Sample email response to an onboarding or typeform:

Hi (customer)!

Thank you for your interest in adding integrated financing to your Sighten account. To add (enter financier name(s) here) to your account, please click the link(s) below to fill out a quick form for them. They will then provide us with some information to get you started quoting their products within Sighten. We’ll keep you posted when we receive that information.

Links – Select the appropriate link for each financier below. The customer either needs to apply or they are already approved with that financier but need to add it to their sighten account. Pick one link only per partner. Choose the “apply” link if they are new to the financier. Choose the “already approved” link if they already quote the financier but need to add it to their Sighten account.
