Most integrated partners do not accept changes through Sighten; they are done directly by the financier
The exceptions are Dividend and LoanPal, which allow updates to products, terms, and APR combinations and dealer fees (approval required). And BrightOak permits customers to change whether dealer fees are included or not directly through Sighten.

Mosaic has both integrated and configured products
Integrated products (Mosaic PowerSwitch Choice, Mosaic PowerSwitch Plus) cannot be changed by Sighten - refer them to their Mosaic account manager
Configured Mosaic products (PowerSwitch Zero, PowerSwitch Loan, Home Improvement) can be changed by submitting a typeform

These requests will typically come in as a SS ticket from the financier - after the customer has already applied and been approved by the financier.
