New Features & Enhancements

Sighten Proposal Design Desk: Want to reduce your costs, improve the accuracy and product proposals faster? Sighten now offers a full project design service directly in Sighten where you can request designs and receive them in less than 24 hours! Click on this link below to learn more!

Today we have released the following new functionality for the Design Desk:

• Order View: You can now see a full list of designs requested by your organization in your organization settings

• Filter for design status on the pipelines

• Ability to request changes to your design request or cancel your request directly in Sighten

• Ability to set proposal template to your default template, minimizing the need to update your proposal templates

• Automatic notification of stale templates, so you know when you need to update templates to use current financing products or equipment

• Market templates can now have overlap so you can create a template for only PG&E and a template that is available for both PG&E and SCE

• Archiving of all templates and setting design desk templates to inactive

• Tooltip explaining how to add adders in quote templates

Proposal: Our goal is to ensure your proposal can be tailored to your specific and we are always adding new features to improve your proposal. • Refer a friend - Added homeowner action for referring a friend

• Read Receipts - Get automated notifications when proposals are viewed by homeowners

• We have added a significant number of new metrics and re-organized these lists to ensure you can add any data you want to your custom templates easily and quickly

Project Phase

• Move white inset to the left for easier designing with more space

Quote Phase

• Added post-project utility bill to the quote table

• Updated IL SREC formula to run off on inverter AC

• Added capability of specifying which incentive buydowns are assumed by the financier and which are assumed by the contractor

Stability

We have been hard at working generally improving the stability of our platform. Some of the specific improvements are:

• Mobile

  • Improved speed of initial page load, specifically allowing for Sighten to be used on mobile devices with low internet speed

  • Ability to edit contract signers on an iPad

• Usage

  • Fixed issue with infinite loading

  • Utility escalator rule fails on loading usage phase so you know upfront if you need to adjust your utility escalator used to qualify for financing

• Projects

  • Fixed issue where users are unable to transition to the quoting after updating projects

• Quoting

  • Removed error when creating a quote with an incomplete adder

• Proposals

  • Fixed issue with PDF graph misalignment
