• User experience improvements to filtering and pagination

Project

We have made multiple improvements to the project design experience:

• Module degradation can now be defined by module model for ultimate production accuracy
• For Sunnova products, reduced errors and the need for re-signs by adding improved error handling in addition to updating the racking defaults are now differentiated by inverter type
• Improved saving speeds and accuracy by ensuring the calculate button is available when applicable, all arrays can be added and deleted and the project phase is accessible by directly going to the project link

Cost buildup

Ensuring you get all of the detailed costs correct for your quote is very important and we are working to make it easier for you every day.  Improvements from this release include:

• Incentives: We have improved the accuracy of the following incentives
  • MA Smart
  • CA EPBB
• Added the capability to add a fee on general loan quotes for customers choosing not to use ACH.  If you want any of your products to be updated to account for this new feature, please reach out to support@sighten.i
• Added the capability to require the use of cost buildup to ensure ultimate costing accuracy for each quote.  If you want any of your products to be updated to account for this new feature, please reach out to support@sighten.io

Proposal

• Add initial payment for cash product to the quote details page to show in detail the amount due upfront before the full cash payment
• New metrics available for customizing templates: Monthly solar production, Module wattage

Contracts & Operations

• Add energy efficiency metrics to be available in contracts.If you want any of your contracts to be updated to use this new feature, please reach out to support@sighten.io
• Easier management of contracts by adding
  • The ability to void documents directly in the operations portal
  • Filtering deleted quotes from contract & re-sign sending 
  • Showing all most up to date contact information on the contract phase
