Channel Management

Great news for all channel managers! It is now easier to sync various Settings with downstream organizations. To name a few, channel managers can now sync equipment and usage settings. This feature would help ensure that channel managers can equip downstream organizations with the settings they would need to create jobs that comply with the channel manager’s criteria.  Check out this article for more information and reach out to support@sighten.io for more details!

Settings

• Updated email notifications to be OFF by default for all new users to ensure all users only receive notifications they have opted in to
• Added ability to delete a persona on the usage settings

Usage

• Allow re-calculation of quote data when updating a project using custom rates
• Using full input will not re-calculate any fields already manually filled in, making it even easier to add in real bill data
• Fixed issue uploading CSV's with specific problematic formats

Project

• Storage only projects: You can now design projects for storage only! This includes the ability to create projects, set the purpose of the project and generate proposals dedicated to storage only!
• Fullscreen project design mode: Designing projects is even easier now as you are able to eneter full screen mode and hide all extraneous features while you focus on drawing the system
• Ensure all drawing functionality works on Microsoft Edge browser
• Made setbacks visible when in panel addition mode for easier, more accurate designs

Cost Buildup

• Updated default cost to pull from the org settings of the site owner to ensure accurate default costs
• Added ability to create a quote with a $0 adder

General User Experience Updates

• Improved performance of the operations workflows
• Added ability to submit a milestone without completing tasks required to be completed by the financier
• Improved experience for tablet and mobile users by ensuring the navigation is responsive to smaller screen sizes
• Show the max length of a job archiving note clearly for users
• Fixed all navigation issues from the pipeline to a specific job phase
