Enhancements

• API: pre- and post-solar rates are now both included in Sighten's public API (affects data endpoint and v1 site API for applicable partners).
• Document uploads: to help streamline the document and contract user flow, document uploads will be available only after a document has been generated. This includes document uploads to the quote tile on the quote page.

Fixes

• E-signed contract viewing: fix to ensure e-signed contracts can be viewed on PC computers.
• Quoting error: fix to quoting error that was occurring when the same system was quoted with different terms.
