Enhancements
- Ops notifications: operations improvements are continuing with more great features in this release! Check them out below:
- Fresh new look for emails: we are releasing freshly formatted notification emails for task and milestone activities and for credit initiation and decisioning. The sleek new look the improves the experience for both homeowners and internal teams. The timing of notifications and general content hasn't changed. This feature will be available for testing after the release with a full rollout starting on 8/14.
- Task comments included in milestone update notifications: task comments have been added to status update emails for operations milestones, streamlining the communication from financiers to contractors. This includes task rejection comments in milestone rejection notification emails.
- Milestone cancellation: contractors and financiers are notified whenever a milestone submission has been cancelled post-signing.
- Easy file upload in ops: users now have the ability to upload multiple files at once to tasks in the operations portal for tasks that include document upload. Use drag & drop to move in files easily from folders or your desktop!
- Reporting: see Sighten Metrics - Ongoing Updates.
Fixes
- Product Sunroof coverage handling: improved Project Sunroof error handling to ensure that any houses which are on the borderline of Project Sunroof coverage only show shading information if there is full coverage of the roof.
- Annual bill entry: improved user experience for "Annual Bill Entry" in the usage entry modal.
