How do I override an address?
The need to update the address often comes up when the lookup tool isn't pulling up the correct address.
Great news is, you can easily update the address on EverBright. Here's how:
Whenever you open or start a job, you're automatically taken to its Address phase. To start updating the address, click on Override on the upper right side of the page as highlighted here:
Clicking the Override option will open editable fields that allows you to make changes on the existing address. Here's how it would look like on your end:
Address Phase:
There will be two options, Address Override and Coordinates Override.
On Address Override, you can edit the Street, City, State, and Zip fields.
Notice on the screenshot above that it shows a desaturated blue indicator that these details are "Saved!" beside the Zip field. This means that all fields have updated details.
This will change if we start updating the information on all or any of the fields on the Address Override section. For example, we'll update the zip code from 54321 and change it to 12345:
Notice that the desaturated blue indicator is now changed to a "Save" button. This will appear to indicate any unsaved changes on the Street, City, State, and Zip fields. Ciick on the Save button beside the Zip field if all details are accurately updated through Address Override.
Should you prefer to, you may also opt for the Coordinates Override option.
