Can Proposal templates be shared?

It's easy to share Proposal templates with downstream organizations. Proposal templates can only be shared by upstream organizations (Channel Managers) for their channel partners to use. A downstream organization's templates can't be shared upstream.

Note: that an upstream organization can make edits to a proposal template that is shared downstream and expect to see those changes render for their downstream partners.

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Proposal Phase.

3. Make sure the Templates tab is selected.

4. Select the template you'd like to share. And click the Options button (3 vertically aligned dots).

5. Select “Share”.

6. A list of all channel partners will be shown on a pop-up window. You can choose selected downstream organizations, or choose "Share with All".

7. Click the now functional “Share” button in blue.

Note: templates shared downstream and consequently archived by the downstream partner will remain shareable by the upstream organization.

That's it! The template will now be available and can now be used by your channel partner.
