How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, it's easy to reset.
Go to the EverBright login page and click Forgot password?
Enter the email address you use to log in to EverBright, then click “Send Link”.
In your email inbox, you will receive an email called "Reset EverBright Password". If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at support@goeverbright.com and include the email address you tried to send it to.
Open the email and click the Reset button.
The link will redirect you to a page where you can create a new password. Enter a new password, enter it again to confirm, and click Set Password.
Password Character Requirements
Passwords must be at least 7 characters long and meet 3 out of the following 4 categories: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*?_~.).
You have now successfully reset your password!
