Loan Verification Request from Account Servicing
Handled By: Customer Support Supervisors
Background: There may be instances where Account Servicing requests a loan verification form to be completed by EverBright.
These requests are typically sent directly to@Herve.Woods. However, if no response is received, Account Servicing will email Support. If an email/Jira ticket is received, assign it to @Cassandra Mercadoand @Logan Teague. Once the Customer Support Supervisor reviews the Jira ticket, they will remove PPI information such as social security number, close the Jira ticket, and continue communication/response via personal EverBright email. To complete the loan verification form, PDF Editor is required. If the Customer Support Supervisor cannot complete it, contact@Cassandra Mercado.

STEP | ACTION |
1 | Verify customer information on the form as an EverBright customer and confirm loan information (such as account number, account name, balance, term, etc) provided by Account Servicing. Reminder: If the original request was received through a Jira ticket, be sure to remove PPI information such as social security number, close the Jira ticket, and continue communication/response via personal EverBright email. |
2 | Once information is confirmed, complete the “Verified By” or “Authorized Signature” section of the form through PDF Editor (if not able to complete it, contact @Cassandra Mercado. Typically, information requested is but not limited to:

3 | Reply to original email with the loan verification form completed and attached. |
