Sending a Milestone for approval on behalf of the installer
Background:
Installers working with channel managers and/or financiers in EverBright may need to submit milestones for approval as a project moves through the operations workflow. If a support agent is submitting a milestone for approval on behalf of the installer/Sales Representative, they must confirm first that the representative has not been blocked within the system.

While a milestone is pending review, you cannot edit the content of each task. You can cancel the submission to update the information.
When the milestone has been approved, the milestone status will update to "Milestone Complete".
Approval or completion of a milestone is not required before a user completes tasks on subsequent milestones in the workflow.
