How do I Assign Jobs from the Pipeline?
Jobs and Phases can be transferred to another user through the Pipeline. Note that if you have rep-permissions, once transferred to another user, a job will no longer appear on your Pipeline.
You can do this by following these steps:
Click Ownership
A pop-up "Ownership Management" window will appear on your screen.
You may opt to re-assign per Job Phase, using the Job Phase option. Should you do this, start with choosing an Organization (this is the organization of the user you will assign a phase/s to), then the user it will be assigned to, and the job phase/s that you will assign to him or her. Note that the all job phases will be listed in checkboxes. Kindly tick all that is applicable, then click Update.
A friendly reminder to always click Save after clicking Update. You'll find a screenshot for reference below.
If your organization has partnership/s with other organizations, you can also choose to re-assign the whole job to another organization through the Site (i.e. Job Transfer) option. Here, you'll be asked to choose an organization to reassign the job to.
