What is Giftogram?

“A Giftogram is one gift card allowing recipients to choose their preferred gift. Deliver your Giftograms digitally via email or choose our classic gift card-sized cards with optional matching greeting cards for a tangible gift. Regardless of how you choose to send them, recipients will redeem their Giftogram for their choice of a digital gift card from 200+ popular retailers, restaurants, and services.”

How the EverBright Giftogram accounts are structured
Based on the EverBright requirements, there are two Giftogram accounts - internal & external
Each account has a specific Purpose & Teams
o External Account:
§ Purpose: For customers & installers use only
§ Teams: Marketing Team, Technology Team, Customer Support Team
o Internal Account:
§ Purpose: For employee recognition use only
§ Team: EverBright Engagement Team, Customer Support Team
Team members can have up-to 3 different roles
o Admin – full access, can add funds, can add new team members to the team
o Gift Only – Can only issue gift cards, needs approval for each send
o Report Only – can only access report exports

How to Register and Start Using the Account
Use the link associated with your Team to access the account
For Departments that have access to 2 accounts (internal and external), please make sure you use a variation of your email for each. For Example, use:
o @goeverbright.com for external
o @nexteraenergy.com for internal
Important Information to Fund the Account
EverBright worked with the NextEra Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team to onboard Giftogram under an Enterprise Agreement
The Enterprise Agreement allows us to create POs to scale Gift Card campaigns
o The contract number for this agreement is: 4600027540
o The supplier number is: 3000073676

Ways to fund the account
o Giftogram offers 2 preferred ways to fund campaigns - Wire Transfer or Credit Cards
o Funding with a PO:
§ Work with Jessica Noriega and provide her with the following information:
· Correct WBS number for this initiative
· Supplier Name: Telenation, Inc. and a d/b/a eBillingsRewards
· Requester: Who is requesting the requisition
· Approver: Manager with departmental budgetary approval authority
· Recipient: Rebecca Roy
· Contract Owner: Farhana Rahman
§ Once approved, use the PO number in the Giftogram “Deposit Funds” section or by completing the billing information at the end of a “Send”
· An Admin can fund the account and team members can request funds from other team members. Alternatively, funds can be requested on a need basis per admin, the choice is your on whether you prefer to do fund your team for the year or fund each campaign as needed
· Funds will be available within 24 hours since Giftogram will fund the campaign and then invoice the PO number provided in accordance with the negotiated terms and conditions of the enterprise agreement
o Funding with a corporate credit card
§ Like the above, credit cards can be used to fund Teams or can be used at the end of campaign setup as the payment method
§ Ensure you follow appropriate corporate policies and procedures when purchasing gift cards with a corporate card check with HR4U if you have questions.
§ Note that Credit Card funding has limits. See the Giftogram account limit fluctuations when you log on.

Giftogram provides EverBright with specific opportunities the experience to use our brand
A recommended way is to set up any recurring effort is to use “Campaigns”

4. Complete Prompts and Create the Campaign |
Once a Campaign is created you can select that specific campaign with the specified attributes to speed up Send Setups
o This will help you save time by setting the campaign up ONCE and then leveraging the preset configurations.
When you have a Campaign created, to send more Giftograms and associate them to the Campaign, just click the “Create & Send” tab and find the respective campaign on the drop down menu.
