Troubleshooting Techniques - Pull Job

Background: “Pulling” a job is the process of bringing an existing job into a testing environment so that you can manipulate aspects of the job without affecting the live job in Engine. The process does not always work, or work as well as you would like, but it is a good tool to use if you need to test a current job safely.

  • From the real Engine Account Grab the Site UUID of the job you want to troubleshoot

  • Access the following site: (Click Here)

    • Then Login with your same EverBright Email Address

    • Click on the upper right corner’s Arrow and Select “Log in As

      • Organization: Everbright, LLC

      • User: Everbright Admin

  • Once in there, copy the following:

    • app-qa.goeverbright.com/ops/

      • And please add the Site UUID that you originally got from the real account at the end of it

 

Example:

 

 

If you see an “Access Denied” Error on the main screen, please desregard it.

  • Simply copy the link provided earlier and add the Site UUID at the end

NOTE: Please consider that Project may not be 100% up to date with the Live Job
