Engine and Onboard Access

This is a mimicked access application. Please find the corresponding teammate to mimic in the “employee system access” tab at the bottom of the onboarding Excel sheet.
Note:
Support/Product/Engineering/Configuration/Sales -> added to Sighten org (Parent EB org)
Marketing/Deal Processing -> added to EverBright, LLC org (use login as a feature)
Inviting Users
Once in the application, navigate to the correct org.
Click the gear icon in the upper right to go to the settings.
Select “Organization settings” from the left-side menu.
Select “Users” from the tabs in the middle of the screen.
Find the mimicked user and take a screenshot of their access settings.
Click “+ Invite new user” **Make sure you are not editing a current user (should not have any names, etc. already present) **
Enter first name, last name, email, and SLID for Employee ID
Under teams, delete the sales team by clicking the red trashcan icon.
Click “+ Add a team.”
Add the teams needed from the mimicked user and ensure all boxes are checked correctly.
Click “Save”
Tip:
*The password for Engine and Onboard MUST be the SAME. If they are not the same the system, will continuously overwrite the password in onboard when the weekly system update happens.
Reinviting Users
Follow steps 1-4 from the Inviting Users section above to get to the user list.
Search for the desired user
Click the user’s name to bring up their profile.
Click “resend invitation” in the “Status” line.
Disabling Users (Cannot delete users from the platform)
Follow steps 1-4 from the Inviting Users section above to get to the user list.
Search for the desired user
Click the user’s name to bring up their profile.
Click “Edit”
Uncheck the tick box in the “Status” line to change the status from active to inactive.
Click “Save”
Tip:
*A user must be assigned to a team in order to be deactivated. Do not remove users from teams.
Tips
When logging in to the platform, the user email IS NOT case sensitive.
When resetting the password via the “reset password” feature, the user email IS case sensitive.
Users can change their own info once they make their initial password (can update their own email if needed).
One email can only be used in one org. (i.e., if a user wants to use their goeverbright email in the Everbright parent org, they cannot use it in the Everbright, LLC org as well).
If a user is switching orgs (i.e., going from Everbright parent to Everbright, LLC), you can change the original profile email to inactive#@goeverbright.com so that you can use their goeverbright email in the new profile.
