Sendgrid Access
Inviting Users
In the onboarding spreadsheet, see which team the new employee is on.
Go to the “Employee system access” tab at the bottom and note which employee to duplicate in the send grid row under the correct team (i.e. Sales = duplicate Davies settings)
Open Outlook and go to contacts.
Search for the new employee you wish to add.
Note the SLID@fpl.com email.
Go to SendGrid Email API and Email Marketing Campaigns | SendGrid.
Click “Sign In”.
Click “Log in with single sign-on (SSO) instead” below the username/password entry and log in.
Click “Settings” on the left-hand side.
Click “Teammates” from the drop-down.
Search the teammates for the employee from step 2.
Click the gear icon at the far right.
Click “Edit”.
Click “Next”.
If you scroll down, you should now see this user’s access settings. Go ahead and duplicate your tab so you can have these settings up on a different page.
On the new tab, click “Add Teammate” in the upper right corner.
Click “Add SSO Teammate”.
Enter in new employee’s slid@fpl.com email and first/last name.
Make sure “add to this parent account” is toggled on.
Make sure “add with restricted access” is toggled on.
Duplicate the access of the employee you found in step 15.
Click “Save”.
On the step 15 employee, you can click “back” and “cancel” to back out.
Deleting Users
Follow steps 6-10 from the Inviting Users section above to get to the user list.
Scroll through the list to find the desired user.
Click the gear icon at the end of the user’s row.
Select “delete”.
