Goeverbright Email Alias Request

 

  • First, check Outlook to ensure the employee does not already have the alias (in contacts).

  •  Enter the employee’s SLID, current email, and phone number.

  •  Enter the employee’s alias email: firstname.lastname@goeverbright.com

  •  Use the following for the comment in the ticket:

    •  Please make the @goeverbright.com email the primary email. Please keep the @nexteraenergy.com email as the employee still needs to receive emails to this email.

*Notice the Delivery Time at the bottom can change depending on how busy IT is. Be aware wait time is usually from 3-7 days.
