First, check Outlook to ensure the employee does not already have the alias (in contacts).

Enter the employee’s SLID, current email, and phone number.
Enter the employee’s alias email: firstname.lastname@goeverbright.com
Use the following for the comment in the ticket:
Please make the @goeverbright.com email the primary email. Please keep the @nexteraenergy.com email as the employee still needs to receive emails to this email.
