1. You will need the employee’s name, email, SLID, and phone number.

2. Go to the following link:

3. Enter the employee’s information. (if you don’t have the contact phone number put in 777-777-7777)

4. For the question “Do you require access to the CyberArk tool?” click Yes.

5. For the question “Do you require a safe?” click “Yes, a personal safe”.

6. Click “Sumit Request” on the right side.
