Updating ACD Pre-Chat Form

Navigate to Applications >> ACD >> Chat Profiles to modify the greeting message in the Pre-Chat form. Choose the specific Profile that requires updating:

Select "Edit," then navigate to Chat Settings >> Pre-Chat Form >> Welcome Message. Modify the Welcome Message and click "Done" to apply your changes.

Example: "We regret any inconvenience caused by ongoing technical issues. Please provide the required information, and a representative will contact you via email."

OR

“Thank you for contacting EverBright. Please submit the following details so we can get started.”
