Studio Script System Downtime Voice & Text-to-Speech Prompts

During Downtime

Open Studio >> Open Desired Script >> Double Click on the first “play” tool after “Begin”.

Homeowner_Inbound and Installer_Inbound are Production Scripts.

To add Text-To-Speech

Click >> Synthesize Text >> Add desired text to both sequence and phrase. Hit apply and save Studio Script.

OR

Add Voice Prompt

Click >> Play a Wave File >> Browse the desired prompt and upload.  Hit apply and save Studio Script.

Use the prompts below as applicable

After Downtime

Remove all text-to-speech or Voice Prompts from the first “play” tool.

Once removed, Studio Script will bypass the “Play” tool as is empty.
