Moving a Ticket to a Different Project in Jira
Open ticket
Click on the overflow menu button(…) at the top right of the right pane.
Select Move from the dropdown list of options.
4. A new page will open after step 3.
5. Under Select destination project and issue type, select the desired New Project from the dropdown list.
6. Next, select the New Issue Type from the dropdown list.
7. Click Next under Update Fields to confirm that issue will remain the same when Ticket moves to the destination Project.
8. The next page, Confirm Changes allows the agent to review the move with all of the details that have been configured. Click Confirm to initiate the move.
