Processing Benji Financing New Partner Requests

Requests to enable Benji products and partners will come directly to Support and can be completed by the support team!  Below are the steps. 

1. Onboarding form will be sent directly to Support

  • The Rennovate email.  It will be title will be [Org] wants to add Benji. It should look something like this SS-11143

  • The email should contain the organization ID and a link to a sheet to find the organization. If it does not contain that please respond to the ticket and ask for the information.

2. Make a CS ticket 

  • The CS tick should look similar to this - CS-2363.

    • Assignee = Any member of the config team

    • Epic = Renovate/Benji Configurations

    • Place contractor ID in the description of ticket

    • Copy the products the contractor would like to Quote from the support ticket

    • Copy the name of the installer into the description of the ticket.

3. Account is configured

  • Configure an account with Renew products according to the instructions here. 

4. Support will respond account and let them know the products are live

  • Support team will receive notice ticket is in UAT.

  • Support will send customer email below and assist in setting up a time for training.
