Accessing Support Dashboards in Salesforce

Background: Dashboards have been created to organize open cases specific to each agent. The dashboards also contain a count of all open cases for the support team. Dashboard links open up case details when clicked.

  • Access the App Launcher

  • Click the view all button to open all Salesforce Apps

  • Click on the dashboards icon

  • Click on Cases and Case Assignments Dashboard

  • The dashboard displays the agent’s workload as well as the Support team’s open cases

  • Note - hovering over the graphs will display more information about the data represented in the graph.

  • Data points are clickable and will expand the details for each case type.

  • Pin the dashboard to the top by clicking the down carrot on the dashboard tab and selecting ‘Pin Tab’

  • NOTE: the dashboard is not automatically updated. The agent will need to click the Refresh tab in the upper right-hand corner to see the most up to date version.
